Sales Analyst & Support

In the name of one of the largest foreign companies in Albania, that operate in the production of construction materials, Dimension HR is recruiting candidates for the position of Sales Analyst & Support

Responsibilities

• Combine and analyze data to forecast sales trends & budgeting
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance of customer base to adjust pricing, propose Bundles to upsell, mixed sells of products and systems etc to exceed budgets
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, annual sales trend/analysis reports using data from internal and external sources for the management
• Monitor and evaluate Sales Representatives performance and provide recommendations for performance improvements to Market Manager
• Analyze customer performance P&L and present the results monthly to Market Managers
• Rebates calculations and validations before executed from finance (maker role)
• Improve and build BI reports
• Assess pricing and cost, margins, market, competition, suppliers and provide insight for business optimization and growth
• Pricing and price list management including Enter prices in the system
• Manage Projects module
• Run customer Mapping as per channels and update accordingly the data in Sales Modules.
• Maintain and manage customer databases
• Assist in preparing, distributing, signing and archiving customer contracts,
• Coordinate between sales and supply chain
• Admin Support with travel documents and other admin requests of Commercial Department, when needed
• Active role in designing digital sales channels i.e. Placing orders, e-commerce etc
• Commercial Analysis & presentation preparations for group reporting, management team meetings reporting etc

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, sales
• 3-5years work experience
• Experiences with BI, Data analysis and reporting different tools
• Strong communication & presentations preparations in PPT skills including in writing
• English fluent including in writing and reporting
• High level of organization and detail-orientation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Strong attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong time, deadline management skills
