On behalf of a well-known company with many years of activity in Albania and the region, DIMENSION HR is recruiting candidates for the position of International Sales Representative in Serbia

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Sales Representative to expand our global customer base and drive sales growth. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients across diverse markets, and achieving sales targets. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and a proven ability to navigate the complexities of international business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development.
  • Identify and target potential clients in international markets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Identify emerging markets and opportunities for growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.

Negotiation and Contracts:

  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts in line with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural norms.

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to meet client needs.
  • Provide feedback on market demands and product performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Development, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an international construction material market context.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations relating to company or product management.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Attributes:

  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse international markets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Network created by his previous jobs on construction industry or other related spheres is considered a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with international trade laws, export processes, and logistics.
  • Knowledge of the specific industry or product market is preferred.
