The relationship with WEBART is sanctioned in a civil contract and the Annex on the rights and obligations between the parties regarding data protection, in implementation of Article 20 of the law and Directive No. 19, dated 03.08.2012, “On the regulation of relationships between the controller and the processor in cases of delegation of data processing and the use of a standard contract in cases of such delegation,” as amended, approved by the Commissioner.

Who are the Recipients of Your Personal Data?
They are as follows:
- Authorized personnel of DIMENSION, who access your data in accordance with their work duties and are authorized to process the data for the purposes of employment relationship administration;
- Service providers participating in the maintenance of the website, who are involved in managing our relationship with you, especially for communication and document transmission purposes, electronic management, such as WEBART;
- Competent government or judicial public institutions, under the circumstances provided for in specific legislation in force and upon justified request.
DIMENSION guarantees to respect a security and confidentiality policy in line with Law No. 9887, dated 10.03.2008, “On the Protection of Personal Data,” as amended, the subordinate acts issued in its implementation, and applies standards equal to those in the European Union and the European Economic Area, their member states, applicable to the processing of personal data.
DIMENSION employees have signed Confidentiality Declarations to safeguard the confidentiality of the data they become aware of during their duties, outlining penalties for breaches.
In no case will your personal data be the subject of commercial transactions with third parties.
How Long are the Data Retained?
Your personal data will not be held in a form that allows your identification beyond the time necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed, in accordance with our contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations and requirements.
- The data of job applicants/candidates will be kept in the system as long as your profile is active. The profile will be active for 1 year from the date of your last application. Therefore, if you do not submit any application for a year, the profile will become inactive, and the data will be automatically deleted.
- Data from interested individuals/visitors, through the website https://dimensionhr.al, regarding requests or complaints will be kept for as long as the purpose of their processing exists (i.e., they will be kept until the clarification of the request or complaint is completed), after which they will be deleted and destroyed.
- Employee data will be retained for the entire period of the employment relationship and up to two years after leaving, corresponding to the period during which they have the right to raise legal claims in court against the employer.

- Automated decision-making – you have the right not to be subject to decisions causing legal effects on you or significantly affecting you when the decision is based on automated processing of data.
