The “Leadership Skills” training is designed for middle and senior level executives, to develop their management and leadership skills. Through this training, participants will have the opportunity to develop their decision-making skills, understand the importance of communication and organizational culture, as well as to acquire the necessary skills to solve problems and conflicts.
