Duties & Responsibilities

  • To conduct market analysis and competition for IT products category

  • Prepare and plan the implementation of products on the shelves; promotional activities etc.

  • Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers for optimal product cost

  • To prepare and analyze reports for the category in charge;

  • Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, Sales, etc. to achieve the objectives set by the company

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor Degree.
  • Experience: 2 years experience in the field of sales. Advantageous candidates who have experience in similar profiles
  • Ability: To be motivated and ambitious to achieve results; To have good communication skills

  • Përgatitja e punonjësve të showroomit, marrja me cështjet e stafit, përcjellja e vlerësimeve dhe pasqyrimeve të ecurisë;
  • Organizimi i promocioneve në nivel showroomi;
  • Regjistrimi i rezultateve të shitjeve dhe analizës së ecurisë;

Kualifikimet & Aftesite

  • Edukimi: Të ketë përfunduar Arsimin e Lartë (preferohen dege Administrim Biznesi, Marketing etj);
  • Eksperienca: Të ketë eksperience pune në pozicione të ngjashme minimumi 2 vite;
  • Aftësi: Të ketë njohuri shumë të mira te programeve të paketës Microsoft Office;Të ketë njohuri të mira të gjuhës Angleze;

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsibility to submit annual plan in turnover and profit before interest and depreciation;
  • Managing and motivating the team to increase sales and ensure productivity;
  • Managing stock levels by budget and making key decisions on stock control;
  • Collecting, filtering and sending daily orders;
  • Responding to customer complaints and comments;
  • Systematic walking in the sales field, talking to colleagues, customers and identifying or resolving urgent issues;

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: To have completed Higher Education (preferably branches related to Business Administration);
  • Experience: Have work experience in similar positions minimum 2 years;
  • Skill:  Have knowledge on fiscal legislation; Have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs as well as FINANCE 5 program; Have good knowledge of English;

Basic Functions:

Prepares and conducts operation of all programs and HR functions, prepares HR strategies for new projects, staff development, performance measurement, preparation procedures for personnel administration in accordance with the laws in force, provides technical management assistance and the company’s executive staff, interprets and provides support to the Albanian employment law standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages Human Resources functions for the Company including recruitment, sharing
    tasks in personnel, training and development, performance evaluations, fairs practices
    employment, employee assistance.
  • Manages management and compensation practices for employees (contracts, salaries, bonuses, etc.) and relations with ZP, labor inspectorate, etc.
  • Maintaining and recording the inventory of goods and assets of the company;
  • Implements, interprets and monitors implementation in accordance with the Labor Code and policies
    Company of Human Resources internal procedures.
  • Develops or modifies rules, policies or standards, following amendments to legislation in force and applies changes
  • It works pro-actively works with managers to develop strategies to solve
    problems in Human Resources
  • Supervises and advises staff to be approached as far as the values of the company, to enhance the spirit of group communication and achievement of objectives
  • Lead the process to review the job descriptions, monitoring tasks and load it punonjesve.Per recruitment and training process
  • Compiles reports for vacant jobs and pursuing the collection process, the selection cv.
  • Completes the dismissal documents of the employees
  • Makes relevant announcements to staff about new employees in the company.
  • Develops the introduction of induction training (presentation of the company, philosophy, etc.) for new staff and coordinates with other departments for specific programs
  • Participates in the preparation of training plans with heads of departments
  • Conducts market research for training courses, presentations, fairs that approach the company profile
  • Performing certain other tasks

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: University Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of work experience in the same profile. Experience in policy formulation in developing and implementing new strategies and procedures in the field of HR
  • Ability: To have technical knowledge about the principles, theories and practices of employee relations.
