Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitors and analyzes the accuracy of the information transmitted to the client
- Ensures the quality of service provided to the customer
- Registers in the system the inaccuracies of the operators during the transmission of information
- Monitors operating time and performance of operators
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Eksperienca:Experience preferred in customer service.
- Skills: Have very good knowledge of English (compulsory).
Have very good knowledge of Spanish language.
Have good communication skills.
