For a successful group in the domestic market, DIMENSION is looking to recruit candidates for the vacant position:FINANCIERE (Senior)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily control of VAT invoices with the value of real sales with the program Finance 5

  • Control of goods return records

  • Compilation and declaration within the legal deadlines of the book of sales / purchases, payment list, etc.

  • Monthly cash closure reconciliation

  • Control of VAT invoices

  • Control of the periodic report of fiscal cash registers

  • Calculation of monthly salaries

  • Preparation of the employee file (contract, card, Labor Office, booklets, etc.)

  • Monitoring the progress with state institutions (NBC, Municipality, SSI)

  • Compilation of Monthly Balance

  • Holding and Registering Assets in Finance 5 and excel and reconciling them.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduated in Finance;
  • Eksperience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in the same profile.
  • Skills: Very good English language skills. Very good skills of using the program Finance 5. Very good organizational and time management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Registration of monthly purchase and sales invoices,

  • Registration of monthly works situations,

  • Tracking and recording of transactions related to banks and the cash register,

  • Transactions with the employment office and other offices (Municipalities, Taxes, etc.).

  • Registration of contracts,

  • Maintaining and reconciling financial cards with clients,

  • Maintaining and reconciling financial cards with suppliers,

  • Monthly reconciliation of sales and purchase cards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Have completed Higher Education. Diplomë në Biznes ose Financë
  • Experience: Not less than 3 years. Advantageous candidates who have work experience in companies with construction activity.
  • Ability: To be a good user of PC, Office suite, as well as financial program (Finance 5) To be good knowledge of English. To be e able to work in a team.

For an oil drilling contractor here in Tirana, we are looking for:
ACCOUNTANT (male required)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Purchase Invoices:
  • Receive the purchase invoices from the related department with the payment approval attached.
  • Update the Supplier database every time you receive the purchase invoice and arrange the payment.
  • Sales Invoices: Issue sales invoices to designated company.
  • Finance 5 Booking: Book the purchase and sales invoices and related to the system, this part need to be double checked. Make the reconciliation of the salary, reverse charge, Withholding Tax
  • Tax declaration: Monthly declaration of Purchase and Sales Ledger, Withholding, VAT, payroll declaration, Social and Health insurances online.
  • Payment of the supplier, payroll calculation and payment, VAT payment and the mandate generated from the system, Withholding payment and generated mandate from the system, same as for health and social contributions.
  • Download the bank accounts, SWIFT, IBAN fulfill the form and send to Company person in charge.
  • Prepare the AKBN VAT exemption and Withholding Tax deduction applications, collect the TRCs from suppliers. Keep these the records updated.
  • Weekly report to HQ including below articles, receivable report, payable report, cash Box, bank balance, weekly summary in word format.
  • Prepare the financial statement as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Work Experiences: Financial background and minimum 3 year experience related.
  • Skills: Albanian native speaking, fluently English in both speaking and writting.
    – Skilled in Microsoft office programe incluing Word, Excel, PPT.
    – Due diligent for the work assigned and highly collaborative working attitude.
