Duties & Responsibilities

• Supports HR for creating a recruitment plan.
• Responsible for organizing the recruitment process; interview & selection of candidates.
• Responsible for organizing the recruitment process; interview & Responsible for presenting working conditions and for presenting the company.selection of candidates.
• Works to complete the personal file of employees correctly.
• Works to complete the personal file of employees correctly.
• Prepares work & insurance booklets based on employee request.
• Other similar tasks for the profile.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Have a high school diploma
• Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in the field of HR is preferred.
• Skills:
  – To have very good knowledge of English language.
  – To have very good organizational skills and to be able to work within set deadlines.
  – Have very good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

* Location: Palasë. Transportation provided by the company
* For candidates who are not from the city of Vlora, accommodation and food are provided
